In The House

Band Info

If you want your wedding to feel like a big GIANT house party, you have to book the most happenin’ band in Boston, In The House!

Featuring two SENSATIONAL female vocalists out front who do double duty on both steel pan AND percussion, complemented by a tremendous rhythm section chock full of fabulous male vocalists, In The House’s musicianship and sound makes them the MEGA-MANSION of bands! So if you love Motown, R&B and Soul … come on over! Wanna rock out to the coolest current hits? … get in here! And, if you love reggae … well SHUT THE FRONT DOOR because In The House will get your wedding guests dancing so hard, you might just wake up the neighbors!

We'd like to thank In The House for an incredible performance at our wedding reception last weekend. From the cool jazz played during cocktail hour, to the relaxing dinner set and the rocking dance sets, they exuded consummate professionalism throughout ... The dance sets were unbelievably fun, rooted in the band's bread and butter, funk songs, but complimented by more modern hits that had several generations of dancers on their feet for hours. They were even so kind as to allow the groom (a very modestly talented singer ) to get on the stage and close out the night with one of his favorite songs. This made for a memorable finale to what many have described to us as "the best wedding ever."

In The House were funky, fresh and fun musically! All the band members were very friendly and a real joy to work with both pre wedding and at the wedding itself. Would highly recommend them!

We were extremely pleased with In The House. I spent a fair bit of time selecting a band for our wedding and was pumped when I found this group's great sound and awesome selections! ... They were great and kept the dance floor rocking! ... They were talented and professional with a swinging set list and great full sound.

Thank you and In the House for the outstanding performance at MBHP’s celebration at Fenway Park’s EMC Club on July 11th. The band’s presence and performance at our celebration made the whole event sparkle. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about In the House by many of the 200+ people in attendance. Thanks, again, for everything ... and I look forward to working with you again soon.

The band In The House helped make our wedding day all that we anticipated, and so much more. Every person that attended the wedding remarked on them and their performance. I think they were an inspiration for all of my engaged friends planning weddings. When I think back on our wedding experience, I wouldn't change a thing! And the band helped make all of my childhood dreams come true. Thanks so much In The House!
